Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) awarded contract for setting up a 100 MW (AC) solar with 40 MW/120 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project at Rajnandgaon, Chhattisgarh.
The state target of 4 INR per unit and installed capacity of 30,800 MW
The current total renewable energy potential of 4,500 MW+ which includes solar (grid connected and roof top), wind, biomass and small hydro.
Manufacturing of Plant & Machinery and equipment under this industry is recognized as a “Priority” sector and is eligible for benefits under the respective classification as per the industrial policy of the state
